Pediped® footwear was created in 2004 by Angela and Brian Edgeworth who were driven to create shoes that would be considered healthy for a child’s developing feet. After doing substantial research, they discovered that doctors recommended barefoot walking or soft leather sole shoes, but the choices for infants and toddlers were limited, so they set out to create a shoe that would be, in their words, “the next best thing to bare feet”. Now one of the fastest growing children's footwear brands in the U.S, the company offers more than 120 designs spanning EU sizes 17-33 and is sold all around the world.

Pediped uses the highest quality leathers and was one of the first children’s shoe companies to be awarded the American Podiatric Medical Association’s “Seal of Acceptance” for promoting healthy foot development.
